Intella earned its name soley based on the fact that its unknown infrared signatures were off the charts, these infrared signatures are most likely techno signatures, which in essence means intelligent lifeforms, even on its moonmoon, the techno signature readings are quite high. Intella has an interestingly exotic composition, which, like eflekolonokonis, indicates its a foreign world, yet its not as old as eflek. This moon seems to have started forming in another star system, which at the time, was also forming (most likely the same age as the Arago system too)in the outer areas where most of the Jovian type worlds resided. As it was forming, its most likely that it got slingshot by one of these jovians and ended up in the Forming Arago system and was slingshot by ychelos into the Xeloxonox system, scientists are still debating whether its biological materials used to form its lifeforms are native to the Arago system or perhaps its former system. Plans for first contact with these Intelligent beings are currently being thought of by scientists, but most likely will only occur once we start colonizing the system.
