Otolong is the only moon of Petropis, it seems to have a somewhat large amount of greenhouse gasses as well as a decaying nuclear source which is heating it up to a habitable level, this ice moon does have liquid water running on its surface which is why there are some minor settlements over here. It is hypothesized that this world was a captured moon of Petropis due to its composition comarison to Petropis's. Otolong most likely formed in the outer icy regions before being slingshot by tropopenka or another celestial body (approximately the size of petropis-2x the size of tropopenka). Otolong does support some life which is currently under examination, fortunately it isnt primitive and is multicellular and evolving. into more complex lifeforms, scientists and divers have discovered what they call "Otolong Jello" which is like a large colony of these multicellular beings with different subspecies manning different parts of the jello, some are dedicated to propulsion while some arededicated to defending this colony.
