Petropis Belt D

This interesting asteroid of the petropis belt holds an interesting composition as well as an interesting geology. Scientists hypothesize that this asteroid once had a rather thick layer of ice (which also somewhat penetrated through the surface) judging by how it looks and it was stripped away, possibly indicating that it had an eccentric orbit as its composition is comparable to that of an outer system object, it seems to have had a flyby near fronktosis (during system formation) which then gave it an eccentric orbit, upon closing on its periapsis, Deprona's intense heat melted the ice layer, both from within and on the exterior which may explain its interesting geology before being captured by forming petropis.
