Electef is an electric storm hotspot, no one has dared go to it as its so cold and usually bombarded with strong voltage lighting (comparable to jupiter!), it does look like the apiphomy of hell as a planet yet theres no lava or heat here, just common minerals, however setting up your space hab in orbit here isnt too bad due to the rings and view of Electef. Scientists theorize that electef may be a failed gas giant, as it was collecting dust in the forming system, it may have got slingshot out (may have been tellius judging by calculations as it wouldve been in the Trellius system if it wasnt slingshot and likely Krellus's size if formed)and only had its rings and atmosphere and still does now.
