Trokonoa is a moon of Tropopenka that has absolute thick layers of H2O ice and snow. The Interstellar Water Foundation (IWF) plans to mine the ice and purify it and sell it as water to the public, however scientists plan to build a heat ray cannon on its neighbouring rocky moon to rather heat up the ice and turn this moon into an ocean moon and then purify and collect the water, which isnt a bad idea, they just need to give this moon an atmosphere first. This moon most likely got its rings from when a celestial body crashed into its neighbouring moon which sent debris out into space, fortunately this moon seems to have caught the.remainders of tnis debris.
