Part shadow toggle with tinker or XML

Title is descriptive, just a simple toggle on the tinker panel or XML property that would disable shadows from that exclusive part, it would be useful for transparent/invisible parts, like craft roots which shouldnt be seen, but sometimes these part's shadows "Poke" out of the craft.
