Radix Module Expansion Not progressing

I have tried multiple times and have even tried entire new careers of the game. I cannot get the radix expansion module mission to complete. I am stuck at "Launch with module" which is checked as complete but i never get any follow on steps such as nearing the radix module or docking with the module. This issue has happened to me since the radix module missions came out in the beta,
