With the Spe Station Contract, after one reaches the desired orbit and stages the Radix Module into the desired orbit as prompted by the contract, the next step is to have the booster burn retrograde to lower Pe to below 78.1km, to deorbit the booster. Bug: after booster's retrograde burn lowered Pe to satisfy Pe < 78.1km, it won't recognize the [Pe <78.1km] condition was met, no matter how low the Pe became. Raising Pe back up then lowering it again didn't help.
