Vizzy Fuel level sensing and control.

I would like to suggest that vizzy blocks of the following are added;

get part info (part) (fuel percentage, fuel mass, fuel type) - this will return the fuel level or fuel type for the part being sensed

set part fuel mode (part) (fill, drain, none, equilibrium) - this will set the desired parts fuel mode to filling the tank, draining the tank, keeping the tank as is or create an even fuel distribution between tanks that are also set to equilibrium.

Set part fuel tank priority (part) (priority) sets the tanks fuelling priority to the desired input

I think that this is a section of vizzy that needs to be added and would make automated fuel management a lot easier. Thankyou
