Rotating a part in the editor using WASD makes you un-able to move parts until you exit and re-enter the editor
Cannot move parts again after rotating them with WASD while they are being dragged around

Steps to repro:
1) Load DesignerCraft
2) Detach command chip
3) Click and hold command chip and then start rotating with WASD.
4) Notice the exception in the dev console
