Bring back and enhance SimpleAirways.

So everyone knows about SimpleAirways? The 747 thing? Well in the 1.0 update, they removed it, and I was sad. It would be nice if they would bring it back and enhance it (aka the cockpit windows and wings).
(also I meant this to be a discussion but whatever)
