This is the second US space program after the Mercury one. This Biplace capsule was made for all maneuvers or experiments the Mercury capsule wasn't able to do such as EVA, RDV and Docking. It was composed of three module:
-The Reentry Module
-The Retro Module
-The Equipment Module.
The Program cost 7.8 Billion of actual US dollar, and was more than two years long (April 64-Novenber 66)
