Auto Credit Based on Cleptrophese's ULA Delta IV Heavy / Boeing Starliner

Updated it so hopefully it works better now. The staging is certainly better, it now actually works, and the Starliner capsule doesn't mess up every time with the decouplers or fairings intended purely for detail or whatnot, but I still haven't achieved orbit with it yet. Which I don't fully understand, I know the Delta IV Heavy can make orbit and is actually too powerful, as I've said before, I think it could make a Cylero mission. The Starliner shouldn't weigh that much, it should at least be able to make low Droo orbit with it. Also, I have had issues with the ICPS. These were anticipated, due to the odd design, but basically the top tank doesn't feed down to the bottom one (IRL these hold separate gasses, not possible in this), and I have NO idea how to fix it. I've made several attempts, including connecting the tanks via an extremely thin fuel tank in the middle, struts with fuel transfer allowed, and EVERYTHING should be crossfeeding, including the decoupler between the tanks, although as far as I can see there're not actually working, and I don't know why. Anyway, the rocket flies terribly, so I have not managed to make orbit, although I think it is possible. I haven't checked the Delta V for the rocket, because when it comes to it this rocket is intended as more-or-less just a joke, the Starliner will fly on an Atlas V in reality. Neither of these two craft have had a good time lately, with Starliner failing to achieve the proper orbit and NASA discovering a further total of eighty issues that needed fixing, and Delta IV Heavy just...doesn't seem to want to launch. So this was never meant to be a genuine attempt at a rocket, but I would like it to be capable of reaching orbit.
