It'll be able to carry 4 crew into orbit and sustain them for atleast a few weeks if not docked to a station,if it is docked to a station whoever,it will be able to sustain the crew for several months
This is the Abort Test configuration,Service Module + Rocket will come later

Update: Will be making this for ESS instead of RTSS,Will still use Stock Engine Overhaul though,Expect a Version with the Service module Soon™
