The optimized first-stage engine reduced launch costs from $11.5 million to $7.8 million
· Optimized secondary tanks for more fuel (940 kg more) and improved dry-mass ratio
· Can lift up to 8,000 kg of payload to LEO orbit (measured 224*180km, launched from Guyana Space Center, heading 90)
· Fixed the opening at the top of the 9.5 ft fairing to ensure that the load does not burn out due to overheating during the ascent phase
For RSS, Tinker Panel is used to ensure that certain data is reached
