I proudly present: Osiris V2. Osiris V2 is the second iteration of our company’s next-generation low-latency internet satellite constellation. The satellites are manufactured, launched, and operated by Eagle Aerospace. The Osiris V2 mega-constellation will provide high-speed internet to over 97% of Droo. The constellation will be structured in 5 LDO shells, 2 Polar Orbit shells, and a new MDO shell. Eagle Aerospace plans to launch up to 25,000 units. There are currently 50 in orbit, all in the lowest LDO shell. The satellites themselves feature larger twin solar panel wings, advanced 4 low-latency, high-speed data rate parabolic antennas, several other antennas that provide coverage in the Ka- and Ku+ bandwidths, and 4 station-keeping/deorbit ion engines. The ion engines maintain our company’s promise to limit space debris by de orbiting satellites after a 10 year lifespan. Advances on the previous version include, larger solar arrays, more low-latency antennas, a simpler design, and a new paint job. AG-1 and Slider 1 deploy the solar panels, parabolic, and Ka- band antennas, same as last.
