"There can't be too many shuttles in this game" - said I and spent about two months making this guy. Finally, it is ready to get your payloads (Up to 25 tons) to the low Droo orbit! This is my first craft with a cockpit in this game. I hope, that it would be an unforgettable experience for you to see Droo through a Space Shuttle window. No mods required but there are more than 5000 parts so you may experience some problems with FPS, generally, when separating.
So, how to fly this shuttle? When you are ready, set throttle to 100% and go to the next stage. Wait untill the two 'hands' of the launch structure will turn to 90 degrees. Then, start your main engines keeping throttle at 100%. Then, Ignite the SRBs. We have liftoff. Then you can make the flight profile you want. The craft may spin a bit sometimes but there's nothing wrong with it, it usually keeps stable. When your SRBs stop working - drop them emmidietly. Recommended flight altitude is between 400 and 600 km.
The Shuttle is equipped with three docking ports. The first one is located in the back of the cargo bay. It can turn up to 90 degrees. Use it for sending your crafts to orbit and for returning them. To connect them in the designer make the two inlets in the docking port's place invisible. The main docking port is lockated in the front of the cargo bay. Activated with AG3. The third is located on Canadarm manipulator which is used for docking with smaller spacecrafts. Extend it with AG4 and control it with the two sliders. There is also a second stage of it. Enable different parts' movement with AGs 5,6,7. Caution: there is no mass in the manipulator. Use it accurately. I recommend you to turn off the command pod of the docking craft if it is not going in a parallel with the shuttle.
How to land it?
Start a deorbiting burn when 1/4 of Droo is left to your landing site. (Look at the first photo)
The recommended angle of attack for re-entry is about 73 degrees (look at the second photo)
Then, on 35 km turn off the nav sphere and RCS and fly to your airfield by yourself using a gyroscope. When you're at about 20 km, turn off the gyroscope and use control surfaces. Then - land. You can use a drag chute.
No mods required.
Special thanks to pedro16797 who helped with adding colors and AGs and to diegoavion84 who gave his Endaevour for a manipulator docking test.

@JetStream180 i have done it and reduce the parts amount to 1k
Make a one without the launch pad. It breaks my device
I love u
Guys!, I finally reduce this shuttle (thanks to my new device) from 5k to 1k parts, and i made it work properly!, The minus is just crappy interior and no launch pad, thats it, dont worry, the logo and inside the shuttle cargo bay is still there!, If you want this rocket but lite version heres the link of the craft click here
I just noticed that he/she just changed their profile pic. Is he/she coming back?
@JamesValino 他去玩简单飞机了吧
@Gemini8project 或者把画质调到最低
It's too amazing to be able to make this.
Dude just made the most upvoted craft and just disappeared on thin air
@UrlumRing yes
Almost as real as the fire coming from my computer
