Forge Star
The Forge Star SSTO was designed in 2030s to replace the Ares 1 and 3 rockets with a cheaper launch vehicle. The Forge Star is largely based of the Venture Star design, except for its larger size and increased payload to orbit. Because of the advancements in Composite materials that happened after the Venture Star, the Forge Star was able to meet performance requirements that the Venture Star failed to originally.
