The EX-2 (EXTRA-2) EXtra Terrestrial Rotor Aircraft is a small quad-rotor vehicle designed to test concepts of crewed rotor flight on other planets with atmospheres different from droo’s. It has a small trunk designed to carry limited supplies around a planet, and a docking port with docking to transports.
The quadcopter configuration was chosen over the regular single-rotor helicopter config because of a quadcopter’s safety and stability when in flight. It can fly even if a rotor fails.
EX-2 is a prototype and only a few of these models will be delivered the other planets before EX-3 replaces it.
Flight Manual
Flying the EX-2 is actually very easy. It is very stable and has a decent TWR for takeoff. Pitch/roll/yaw for manuvering, but I would recommend you use pitch for when you are at a cruising speed to maintain control. It may be hard in the beginning but you can get used to it easily.
Activation Groups
Labeled. They should be self-explanatory.
Reminder that this is not designed for celestial bodies with very thin atmospheres. This will not lift-off from Cylero.
Hope you enjoy.

@NotVedhaspace Ye. A quadcopter. Just like how you call a helicopter a helicopter.

@NotVedhaspace I hate when people call any aircraft with 4 rotors a “drone”. It’s only a “drone” when it is unmanned. This would not be considered a drone in this case.

This craft may be replaced later on when I get my hands on the new propeller part
