PAYLOAD DESCRIPTION

This Rocket carries a special Patriot Command Service Module that can bring 4 astronauts to space.

Unlike the Cargo version. This rocket can only bring a small supply and astronauts to the Low Droo Orbit or to any space station in the Low Droo Orbit region

Patriot rocket also didn't have any built-in command which make this rocket fly manually. This rocket can only mount payload with a docking port since this rocket didn't have an interstage at the payload section.

ROCKET DESCRIPTION

Patriot Rocket was built to replace GCR with a lower price. This rocket is powered by 4 (RF52) Full Flow Staged Engines using Liquid Hydrogen as a fuel. The second stage is also powered by a single engine as the first stage. This rocket also lets you test RCS MonoProp to dock with the second stage.

The second stage of the Patriot rocket is changed to fit the Patriot Capsule and Service Module. This rocket also has a special Crew Escape System (CES) if anything goes wrong.

Between the first stage and second stage sequence, please make sure to deactivate Activation Group 1 to remove the crew escape tower.

CREW ESCAPE SYSTEM

Since this rocket carries astronauts to space, a crew escape tower is built to make sure if everything goes wrong, the astronaut can be saved at any cost.

The Crew Escape System (CES) can only be activated before the second stage's engine ignition starts and also can only be activated below 50m/s2 to make sure it doesn't crash back into the rocket.

Simply by activating the Activation Group 2, the crew escape tower will start to ignite its engine and separate the crew capsule from the entire rocket.

The Activation Group 2 is also capable of doing re-entry and auto-open chute on its landing.
