Flying a plane/SSTO(it was made maybe 3 years ago, so it was an old version) around 15 km above Droo. Badly ordered stages made me activate droke chute, but instead of slowing me it exploded my engines and then after a second or two I got teleported moving 1,564,713.0 MM/s at around 200,000 GM AGL.
