Launch points on land or runways seems to be ok. Launch points on water structures such as docks and boats fail to load at the proper altitude, placing the craft below the structure or in the water. This seems to happen regardless of craft or vehicle used. Tested on a newly created game with default Juno system. Just started happening recently, within thew last update or two.
