@Pedro well at first i was tinkering with new airplanes i made, then, i decided to blow up a random part of my plane, like the rudder, I used this plane in particular to test this. https://www.simplerockets.com/c/t1S358/SSG-2
Maybe its just the increased drag, but maybe even a bug (the thrust remains the same)

@Dkuz annother wierd behavior i found is that propeller accelerates quicker when a part breaks.
