Clarity and readability are the primary concerns IRL space craft displays. The old square-ish font was good for digits but not so much for alphabetic information. Additionally most IRL display fonts have a halo to make them more readable when the background is changing - e.g. The white text on the white sky at launch is nearly invisible.
I worked it out:
0. Get to orbit - any orbit. For the ISS an orbit around Earth in the real solar system
1. Use burn node(s) to adjust Apo to 460 km, Peri to 370 km, and inclination to 51.6
2. Save location as ISSOrbit
3. Launch your satellite at that location
4. Save game
Looks like the best launch site to intercept the ISS would be the northern one
@crowxe So far we have been streaming on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/edev96/) although we could do it over YouTube if that is more easily reached by folks. (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUIJcYb0Hx75LGw54PBZcHA) . I had been thinking of adding an interview segment to my show - something along the lines of Dirty Jobs meets Hidden Figures - my wife has extensive experience in setting up interviews and the like.
I'm not sure what you mean by violet/purple blocks but we did cover Custom Expressions and Custom Instructions in "Comparing Vizzy to IRL Embedded C Code"
I'm primarily a software guy. Mostly interested in how one would code the full launch and landing of a payload on to the far side of the Moon. I've used just about all of Vizzy with the exception of lists which are slated for the stream after next - Next Steam: "Da Hopp'r - Vizzy-PID throttle control logic" Launch/Hover/Land & booster retro fire landings.
