Something that works on android. I want to create a sandbox save where the planets are close to a 1:1 ratio in size comparable to our IRL solar system.
One day eventually I will learn how to mod myself but, regardless of Google's "rules" if a mod made compatible for android was treated as an external file that would be place by the player after download in a dedicated game folder, would that not so much simpler? The game in practice would see the mod as possibly a read only file or something of a nature the causes the mod file to not be detected by google during an update while the game retains the file structure. I mean we live in a era where entire governments are terrified of what a knowledgeable person can do with technology. Like maybe hack into a database like it was easier than breathing. Why is a simple mod or mods so difficult? Just an opinion / suggestion in hopes that mobile or at least android can be compatible with more mods.

Edit: Maybe treat the mod as a dependency of a sort so even if Google can see it, Google can't do anything about it. It would be a dependency after all.
