@ShakzDar Spaceflight Simulator is actually a pretty good game that I still play despite SR2 being out. It's 2D but it is a fun game that is also free on mobile. And also, none of these games are ripoffs of KSP. It's called a Genre.
@Planefun It isn't unheard of for indie developers to give out copies of their games for free. I also asked nicely, and my birthday is also this month. Please don't be rude about it.
@AndrewGarrison Would it be possible for me to receive the game for free? I will gladly pay for it like everyone else, but I'm just wondering if that's possible. If not, I probably won't be able to buy it on day one.
@Tully2001 May I just ask what rule it violates? It didn't appear to violate the No begging for upvotes rule, as I was not begging for likes, I was just making a joke post.
@Caveman999 I know, but I was wondering why only now are the Crafts and Sandboxes pages public. From the looks of it, they were already available to beta testers so I'm just curious.
@JetFly That's what I meant by manually deorbiting it. Though, kinetic bombardment would be far better. Wouldn't violate the treaty, either. But that's real world talk, not SR2 talk.
@AstronautPlanes That Proton explosion he showed is a real Proton exploding. The reason it happened is basically an engineer installed the accelerometers upside down and, well...
@Al3jandro6304 @SpaceX4Life Just be patient. Do you have any idea how hard it is to develop a game that works? The game currently has hundreds of bugs that need to be fixed.
@Jetspeed1001 Have you tried using Fuel Adapters?
6.0 years ago@Jetspeed1001 Why are you making rockets that are that heavy?
6.0 years agoThe thrust is that way because the solar system is about 1/5 scale, so having the engines be real scale would make them overpowered.
6.0 years agoI. Also, very nice looking!
+1 6.0 years ago@GuHP20 Haha. It occurs to me that nobody here will understand that..
+1 6.0 years agoYep. I landed on Luna and plan to return to Droo later when I have time.
6.0 years agoI think you can already kinda do this by utilizing the Auto Burn with maneuver nodes, but i'm not sure since I haven't tried it yet.

6.0 years ago@AndrewGarrison Done
6.0 years agoTrust me, that's nothing compared to SR1's staging.
+1 6.0 years ago@AndrewGarrison Would it be possible to implement it in the future?
6.0 years ago@AndrewGarrison What about different saves within the same sandbox? Revert flight and Quickload isn't always enough.
6.0 years ago@Kittingsl That might be it.
6.1 years agoIon engines require both Xenon and Electricity, so you will want to put on some solar panels.
6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison How do I paint my rocket? I can't seem to find a paint button anywhere.
+1 6.1 years ago@GR00G0 This post was made an hour or so before release.
6.1 years agoI feel like i'm going to have some difficulty sleeping tonight.
+1 6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison 15% Launch discount, you say? Interesting...
6.1 years agoI'd get Space Engineers as well if my PC could run it.
6.1 years ago@Planefun He isn't going to have any issues. It was an honest mistake and the video has since been deleted.

6.1 years agoTo be fair to the uploader, the game is only 2 days from release so it isn't a huge deal.
6.1 years ago@Javarenas52 Yes, mobile isn't coming until 2019.
6.1 years agoProbably the first thing I'd do is get into orbit.
6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison You should upload stuff to YouTube more often.
6.1 years ago@GR00G0 He means buying it on steam using the mobile app and then downloading it on his PC when he has the opportunity to.
6.1 years agoAndrew: It's actually pretty good. Later: Also Andrew: Okay it's pretty horrible actually.
+2 6.1 years ago@Tully2001 May I just ask what rule it violates? It didn't appear to violate the No begging for upvotes rule, as I was not begging for likes, I was just making a joke post.
6.1 years agoWhy not just archive some pages with the Wayback Machine?
6.1 years ago@Spacedoge12345plane Not loads more parts, but loads more customization for said parts.
+1 6.1 years agoPerhaps today's post will be of the consumption of Black Licorice..
+1 6.1 years ago@Qwertyuiop88 I hope so.
6.1 years ago@Thepilot172 PC Early Access on the 8th of November. Mobile will be next year.
6.1 years agoAnd so it began... I remember seeing this post when it was new. Time goes by quickly..
+3 6.1 years ago@Caveman999 I know, but I was wondering why only now are the Crafts and Sandboxes pages public. From the looks of it, they were already available to beta testers so I'm just curious.
6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison The Crafts and Sandboxes pages are here publicly. Is this in preparation for an open beta or is this a mistake or something?
6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison Will there be some kind of day 1 sale for it?
6.1 years ago@Wadzworth929 Why not video proof? ;)
+1 6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison Is that the initial early access price or the full release price?
6.1 years ago@JetFly That's what I meant by manually deorbiting it. Though, kinetic bombardment would be far better. Wouldn't violate the treaty, either. But that's real world talk, not SR2 talk.
6.1 years ago@JetFly You'll need to manually deorbit the projectiles. I doubt you can deploy a bomb at enough force to deorbit it into Smearth.
6.1 years agoThis makes me wonder; What did this game have as far as rapid unscheduled disassemblies go before this update?
6.1 years ago@AstronautPlanes YES
+1 6.1 years ago@AndrewGarrison Will we be able to slow time to see these explosions in glorious slow motion?
6.1 years ago@Tommmyisakat He has officially said before that mobile devices will get the game some time next year.
6.1 years ago@AstronautPlanes That Proton explosion he showed is a real Proton exploding. The reason it happened is basically an engineer installed the accelerometers upside down and, well...

+1 6.1 years agoIs there a button to instantly blow up a rocket like in SR 1?
+1 6.1 years ago@RailfanEthan I don't know the system on SP.
