Thanks for the lead. I found what I believe you were refering to in the editor under Pilot orientation once you highlight the command chip. I knew this was a feature of the Manned Capsules - just didn't expect it was also on the chips. That indeed revealed the problem since my astronaut was sitting upsidedown. Once I corrected this error I had to invert a few steering functions - but it was minimal hassle to get the Navball in the upright position. When I gave it a test drive, all steering is now working as intended :)
@BrandtSpaceINC Can you give me the link to your report on this issue? I'd really like to fix this problem. Not sure if I understand your solution. What do you mean when you say "just go in like you gonna change orientation"? Also where is this reset orientation function?
