The real solar system combined with the ACA-ACB star system presented in the avatar movies.
The system is contains all of the gas giants and 4 out of 7 terrestrial planets found in the system. Although the gas giants have no moons aside from Polyphemus and its moon Pandora.
The distance between the two star systems is realistic, about 4.3 light years.
Note that because of how the game applies light to the planets, the planets in the Alpha Centauri system will not receive light from the stars in that system. Instead they will receive light from the sun. As far as I know there's no way to fix this.

Dude this is amazing. I love how much effort you put into recreating bridgehead! And the planets are designed beautifully as well. Polyphemus looks beautiful at night.
Thank you @deepfriedfrenchtoast for the first part, as for the second, I mean that, when the planets don't show the star is set to Juno, and not the one that I made.
@Hyperant I downloaded my planets from the website. They all showed up for me. Also the central star is juno somehow? the planet list shows the central object as the sun.
One question @deepfriedfrenchtoast , how did you manage to use planets that are already uploaded and add them into this system? I did the same sometimes when certain planets do not show up on the website, and the central star is Juno.

@heitorM :) There definitely more stuff that needs to be added to make this more content complete. But this is it for now. I can imagen in a future version of this system just landing on one of the moons of a gas giant and just taking in the view, and seeing all the other moons in the sky.

@Bayourex there have been a few interstellar systems before this one. Although I don't know how many of those systems had a realistic scale.
