Well, it honestly depends on your objective. If your trying to send low payload objects to orbit, I suggest a simple, easily maneuverable design, usually two stage with a single main engine each. I personally like to use gnome engines as very fine maneuvering thrusters.
If your going for a manned approach, I would suggest lengthening the stater craft, adding an interstate between the capsule and first stage, and also a heat shield under the capsule to protect the capsule during re-entry.

Its honestly unfair that this is advertised as "available soon for everyone" yet no mobile support. Cutting off half you community and calling that "everyone" is a slap in the face to dedicated SR2/JNO players.
