@YaMomzBox420, I understand the current situation I am in and the developers as well. But can't they just release a Mac version of SR2 on the Mac App Store (copy, paste from Steam to the Mac App Store).

@YaMomzBox420. Thanks for your input. They might optimise it when the Career mode update comes out.

@SamTheFox, I couldn’t sustain a balance between SR2 and my personal life, so it was hard running Rocket Science Co.

@TerTech. Baguette has exited Earth’s orbit and is well on its way to surpassing Cyrloo.

@TerTech. This mission allowed us to reuse the booster once, refly it and make it into an expendable version. So it gave us a lot of new data. And we're preparing for Bravo 10 V8, so any information from previous rockets is beneficial.

    3.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@TerTech. We had to try it out because we need more data to improve Bravo 10 V8 on its reliability after being flown and refurbished. Like we said in the video this mission is special in every way.

    @TerTech. On the 13th.

@TerTech, I responded to you via email, please read that. I will try to stream a distant video.

    3.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@TerTech, yes and that is how small Bravo 10 would be from that distance. You could compare that to an iPad, but since it will contained within a device it will be even smaller.

    3.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@TerTech minimum range of any aerial vehicle is 55km, Bravo 10 could be as tiny as 10 inches.

    3.2 years ago
  • Profile image

Sorry @TerTech, but we cannot allow other aerial vehicles to follow our rockets for safety purposes. Getting to close could activate the termination system so that is why all cameras are on the rocket or on the ground.

@TerTech, yes because the second stage wasn’t able to perform enough work. Now with improved engines for space exploration we don’t need to expend a booster or use Bravo 10 V8. Baguette telescope has already mated with the second stage, we’re now awaiting for the booster and fairing and it should be taken to the pad by the 11th.

    3.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@TerTech. Baguette will not be the first rider on the Bravo 10 V8, due to a problem in the vizzy our team and @iSpace cannot figure out why the first stage doesn’t take control and land itself back to our facility. If you want I’ll hook you up with one of our clerk and he’ll provide other information via, Twitter DM’s or Discord **Rocket Science Co SR2#5017

@TerTech. Baguette will not launch from RSCLAMF, but we expect ASRS mission to be the first to launch at RSCLAMF. The Baguette Telescope is in the VAB, mating with the second stage and soon with the fairing and first stage.

I will also make a updated version of this facility when Jundroo release 0.9.9. I used Droo version 2.5 to make this facility.

@TerTech. Here are some simulations we’ve run to prove that Bravo 10 V8 is capable of taking the Baguette Space Telescope to interstellar space. This specific mission will use 4 vacuum optimzed engines, but we do have plans to maybe keep the 4 engines stock. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Pic 1 shows it performing the exit burn to leave Earth gravitational circumference. Pic 2 shows it exiting our Jundroo System. Lastly, pic 3 shows the upper stage.

@TerTech. Do note that if the missions fails we can still launch your telescope again, because of launch insurance and also because your mission is like no other.

  • Profile image

@TerTech, the telescope has been received and just awaiting for Bravo 10 V8 to make it out to the launchpad with the Baguette Space Telescope. Your launch could potentially be delayed because we’ve contracted iSpace to do the vizzy for V8. However, he has notified me and he says that he only needs to complete the landing vizzy so your launch is still on track.

  • Profile image

@TerTech. We also just want to ask if you want us to launch your sat in a LDO or to interstellar space.

    3.3 years ago
  • Profile image

If we use Bravo 10 V8 (the expendable version) then Bravo will be a year faster, because of the improved engine performance and effiency. So your satellite would reach the oort cloud faster.

  • Profile image

@TerTech, we ran some simulations with Apex and we don’t think that it will be the best option for an interstellar mission. We did a test on Bravo and we got better results, so are you okay using Bravo instead of Apex. If you decide to book with us again we’ll make sure to have your satellite launch on Apex.

    3.3 years ago
  • Profile image

@TerTech we plan to do a test flight on the last week of August, so a workhorse Apex may come online in early September. If everything goes smoothly then we might be able to launch your satellite on the right time and date without any delays.

@DrexxVolv, I do prefer Rocket Sciene Co too. It’s just Twitter’s character limit that enforces me to type RSC, so it become a sort of a habit to sometimes switch from Rocket Science Co to RSC.

@DrexxVolv, I don’t think he evens know what RSC means. His bio doesn’t even have a single meaning of RSC, lol.

@DrexxVolv, it just makes it easier to clone some of the parts, but we do plan on removing some clamps to improve game FPS. Thanks for your response!
