@PositivePlanes SRC, not SR2C. It's short for SimpleRockets Chat, which is the semi-official-but-not-really SimpleRockets server. There's an invite link in my interview submission, but here's another one.
@PositivePlanes Thanks!
1. As a kid my favourite movie was How to Train Your Dragon, and to be honest it still is. I always found Toothless to be adorable, so a few months ago I made him my profile picture.
2. Hard to say. The community, perhaps? I always liked the community, and after joining SRC I appreciated it even more. The developers are also great.
3. I'm honestly not sure. The idea just popped into my head and I, bored as I was at the time, decided to make it.
4. Make what you want to make. Don't worry about upvotes or points, just make what you want to make and have fun with the game. The points are just a bonus. If you upload something and it doesn't get any upvotes, don't worry about it. As long as you had fun making it, who cares?
5. I think it's quite good. A worthy successor to the SPW, I'd say.
@Atomicdragon
A) Please don't hate the devs for this. There is nothing they can do about it.
.
B) You could never make mods on the mobile version in the first place. Mod making has to be done on PC. XML editing will still be possible after the next SP update like it has always been, but .spmod files will not work. Same goes for SR2. If you want mods, play on PC.
@Atomicdragon Even if it were that easy to make a weapon mod, the mobile version of SR2 doesn't support mods and likely never will. And after the next SP update, SimplePlanes mobile won't either.
It's not that simple. Yes SimplePlanes and SimpleRockets 2 both use the Unity engine, but the games themselves work much differently from each other. You can't just "grab the weapon code from simple planes and yeet it into simple rockets", it would just throw a ton of errors at you. Also, if you want weapons just go to SimplePlanes. This is a game for Rockets.
They're most likely producing thrust, just not much. They are very efficient, but they also have very low thrust. They're meant for long deep space burns.
@Thelegitpilot13 It is not 1-1 scale. It's more like 1-10 scale, but the atmospheres are scaled up a bit so that they aren't tiny. Droo's atmosphere ends at about 60km.
Grab the command chip on the Satellite, which should grab the whole thing. Then drag it to the upper left corner where it says "save as subassembly". After you do that you can just place it as if it were a part.
@AstronautPlanes dude he's just asking for a french option in-game

@Kell How did you fall for it?
5.1 years ago@JastroOne1 Nice try, redcoat. But I have memorized that URL.

+5 5.1 years ago@weebabyseamus I hate to be "that guy", but do you have any rough idea at this stage as to when a beta for this will come out?
5.1 years ago@weebabyseamus When these are implemented will new/procedural capsules be added as well?
+1 5.1 years agoYou can save launch locations by pressing F6, if that's what you're asking for. Also, allow me to introduce you to the Sandboxes page.

+1 5.1 years agoWhy have you made a craft with over 14 thousand parts?
5.1 years agoNo. For that the game would need N-body physics, and even with that it wouldn't be even remotely feasible.

5.2 years ago@Thelegitpilot13 Andrew mentioned at one point that it was 1/10 scale, so that's the best answer you're gonna get.
