@Arstotzka the SAS does seem to work. The problem is that it is built for X-Wings and this is the weight of three star destroyers. Also I have 5 of the most powerful gyros you can have.
New Shepard’s are really hard to code. They are very fast action. Especially with the capsule having to safely land. But it is possible. I can give an example code for you in a few hours.
@Jerba A. More wheels will balance out the bouncing and the weird rpm’s. B. The wheel motors aren’t really built for moving the craft more than a few meters. Also they need battery power to operate.
@Arstotzka trust me I tried. I have 15 rotators paired with 15 pistons. That didn’t work. Finally I got a stuctural engineer that I know. That didn’t work. This was my last resort.
@MitusAerospace actually I believe you can. In fact @KellyNyanBinary got a copyright claim for her delta v map. Although that was only Creative Commons.
@EffIcentRocketEngineering just one
3.6 years ago@COMMUNITYAEROSPACE also sea or vac?
3.6 years ago@COMMUNITYAEROSPACE I just need a range of thrust
3.6 years ago@COMMUNITYAEROSPACE how much thrust? And what fuel?
3.6 years agoAnything I need to do right now? You can tag me in an unlisted.
3.6 years ago@COMMUNITYAEROSPACE @CASXA okay
3.6 years ago@Brown_Aerospace https://www.simplerockets.com/c/U5Wnyf/Car
3.6 years ago@CASXA for both or one?
3.6 years agoAnd engine builder
+1 3.6 years agoI can be vizzy programmer
+1 3.6 years agoThank you guys for your support and I will finally be able to start publishing soon.

+1 3.6 years agoI can help out but I can’t really make a commitment
3.6 years ago@NateTwitch I am at a concert right now waiting fo it to start but after I can
3.6 years ago@TerTech thanks!
3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 although I haven’t published any cars
3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 yeah, I have created a drift assist for some of my cars since I like a lot of torque.
3.6 years ago@NateTwitch if you try and land the booster you may have to change the landing code
3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 @Brown_Aerospace it wouldn’t be too difficult I don’t believe. Especially since the side slip angle is provided to us in nav.

3.6 years ago@SimpleRocketSpaceflight in the Planet Studio there is a location called “Cylero Gateway”
3.6 years agoI will tag you in an unlisted
3.6 years ago@CASXA ? There is a stock interstage.
3.6 years ago@mLk I do many burns until the eccentricity is very low (less than 0.005. I know that sounds hard but trust me it isn’t as circular as you think)
3.6 years agoAlso really cold now
3.6 years agoThere is but one problem. All of my classes involve stairs. And it sucks a lot.
3.6 years ago@malumuteanaerospace there have been high winds for several weeks from Texas over. It has been really bad but it starting to get better.
3.6 years agoWish I could watch. Getting my first dose today around that time,
+2 3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 yeah I feel that
3.6 years ago@Jerba yes
3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 which part? The math, the orbital-mechanics, or pain, or all three? For me it seems to mostly be the third choice.
3.6 years ago@Jerba very slowly

3.6 years ago@FlyingTraxxasRustler hey I passed you!
+1 3.6 years agoMe waiting for the bottom half of the picture
3.6 years ago@Arstotzka A. Even more questions B. Yes, as they are planes
3.6 years ago@Arstotzka
3.6 years agoA. How? Did it not explode?
B. I meant more of a plane.
@AxisAerospace I don’t think that this is really a thing anymore. The leader has been offline for months and months.
3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 ah
3.6 years ago@Chtite451SR2 I think I might just build something new.
+1 3.6 years ago@Chtite451SR2 I tried that. And it almost worked! And then it folded up like mattress and exploded.
+1 3.6 years ago@Chtite451SR2 I guess I should try that
+2 3.6 years ago@KuiperAerospace you sound like a commercial
3.6 years ago@Hannah1212 @JSO18 I meant more like a horizontal landing with a plane
3.6 years ago@Chtite451SR2 I think I am just going to have to build something new.
3.6 years ago@Chtite451SR2 the pistons/rotators for the crane collapse.
3.6 years ago@Arstotzka trust me I tried. I have 15 rotators paired with 15 pistons. That didn’t work. Finally I got a stuctural engineer that I know. That didn’t work. This was my last resort.
