There NEEDS to be a way to group scale parts, it would be so convenient to just scale a few or an entire craft. The way it would work would be to highlight certain parts and be able to scale them and they would stay together in reference to each other. So as they got smaller they got closer together.
Well first you have to advance enough in the career/tech tree to unlock the contract. After unlocking it the method I used to complete it was to have a big rocket to get somewhat close to it then have a tiny rocket plane as the final stage to fly to it then a huge parachute to stop and land softly on it.
Honestly the concorde it is a plane ahead of its time it accomplished something still not plausible today, supersonic commercial flight. Sure a few crashed but look at those engines!
This is a very complicated concept for this game but it is “technically” possible. You would have to use a lot of workarounds using the no part collisions option in the tinker panel and you wouldn’t even be able to use regular wheels because they would spin on the axel. All that before even attempting to make the gears.
Well if it does that with autopilot on that’s normal but if it doesn’t fly straight normally I recommend looking up videos on you tube that explain how a plane flies straight because it applies directly into the game
Your idea here seems quite complicated but if you have enough experience in games like this it is totally achievable in this game. However, the building system in this game is designed more like cad software in a way which gives way more freedom to basically create anything but it can take longer to create stuf and things like those red lights and complex structures in your video aren’t really possible in this game without a ton of time put into it. Also if you’re planning to use it for videos the graphical quality isn’t quite on par yet with games like ksp2. Like I said anything is possible with this game including drone racing in space from a rocket launch but I don’t know if the quality of the results is quite good enough but for just messing around it’s great. I hope I answered your question and maybe posting this somewhere else on the site will get you more responses like the questions area.
@PZLAerospace I have run this game on both android and iOS mobile devices and the only time I ever encountered crashes is when I turn the graphics way to high.
I don’t know why exactly you would want to do this but select a part select tinker panel then edit hidden properties in that menu right at the top you can see part id, remember that then go to part search then put the number there. Also I think the part Id is just the when that part was placed for example the first part would have an I’d of 1. (I don’t know of I answered you question but I tried)
I am pretty experienced creating planes in this game (much more than rockets) if you can post your design I will look at it and see if there is anything to fix
Congratulations guys! I’ve followed this game for ages and I’m glad to see it release on steam can’t wait for the career to come to mobile in a month. You guys truly have made my dream game.

1.2 years ago@Rithiksaran I am wanting to upload a custom image on a craft upload, not a post.
1.5 years ago@kitkatof Why is SamTheFox everywhere? In every post, in every comment, in every question, I’m convinced the fox is an AI made by the Juno team.
1.5 years ago@SamTheFox I don’t see an option there to change pfp, there might be some sort of requirement or something, idk.
