Less floppy joints can be achieved with the slider in advanced settings (how did I already forget the name lol), or more size, reducing mass the rotator and whats on it might help too
Yes... I did at one point make a (it controls bad... i hate myself for the lack of testing I did on it...) 4k special that was modeled off a starship, but it's not a starship, it may count for this, but I just wanted to try lol

Fourth, people lately have been seeming to think that I have been asking for help because I need it. This is incorrect. None of what I do I need help on. For instance: when I proposed a Mars rocket I had already gone tons of times. I just wanted to do something with the community. But every time people say do it yourself.

I use, wait until prograde/retrograde >= retrograde/prograde/a number
It doesn't exactly get a perfect orbit, but if you make the vizzy do another burn or 2 after, then it should be able to work

You can't make jets work underwater, and jet engines also create heat, I'd say they work kinda like a rocket engine, I don't know completely how jet engines work
I wouldn't really want that in the stock system... but you could make it
You would have to do some tweaks to the droo though because planet studio doesn't accept duplicates
