@FIsMyName happy to hear that : )
@CM277 cool ^^
I haven't played the game for a long time, happy to see how close I was to get perfect geostationary orbit.
My attempts to get Geostationary Orbit:
https://www.simplerockets.com/s/ZBsS74/First-attempt-to-get-Geostationary-Orbit
https://www.simplerockets.com/s/UxTUOz/Second-attempt-to-get-Geostationary-Orbit
The period is the information that the game shows me about the orbit: 14.12 hours
In the previous version I made an attempt to get this orbit that has the following data:
Eccentricity: 0.00
Inclination: 4.49 º
Semi-Major Axis: 10, 040km
Apoapsis: 10,040km (8,766km of height)
Periapsis: 10,040km (8,766km of height)
Right Ascension: 14.35 º
Arg of periapsis: 74.60 º
True Anomaly: 188.38 º
Period: 13.92 Hours
In this case the planet turns slower compared to the satellite and the difference of periods is also much bigger.
Therefore the period of the planet is greater than 13.92 hours and the height the radius of the orbit has to be bigger than 10,040 km (8,766 km).
As you can see I've managed to improve this orbit.
The reference point is the star that has Droo in map view.
@WNP78 all calculations were made in the game because I don't know how to access the game data.
I have the sandbox but I don't know how to upload.
@emiIy thanks : )

@Axartar What do you try to do?
5.5 years ago@Axartar you always can select the root and break symmetry, pd breaking symmetry is not implicate deleting symmetric part that you have added before
5.5 years agoConsidering that Jundroo plans to make planets builder would not be bad that also have in a future update this feature.
5.5 years agothank you all for comment : )
Droo geostationary orbit has 14 h of period
5.6 years ago@WNP78 thanks
5.9 years agoLooks great
5.9 years ago@WNP78 how to access to the game data?
5.9 years agoNow you can play and test by yourself : )

5.9 years ago@pedro16797 ok thanks
5.9 years agoThe planet turns a little faster.
