@Verbalist216 I'll upload it later so you can save the engine as a subassembly and btw, it doesn't take forever to reach a planet, you just need to have certain intuition about orbit dynamics
@Verbalist216 It may be broken, it used the old engines with 0 consumption. Keep in mind you need to use kerosene and have at least 1 unit of fuel though for them to work
@Atomicdragon SR2 is not the same engine with some bonus things, the game is quite different.
They had to change the code because Google requires them to change the code, so blame Google and not Jundroo if you want your mods back. The issue is perfectly explained in the link SupremeDorian sent before.
You can make transparent paints, the problem is that the parts can't have transparency, so the paint looks opaque once you apply it
Making parts transparent can be a problem in the rendering engine (currently transparency would prevent water to be rendered behind the part and some other issues like that)
@Kell it's not for some reason, it is because almost all parts have an attribute to auto activate if they don't have any staging or AG option set to true. It is easy to set it to false, but if you're going to tweak the xml to prevent activation you should rather use a strut and force it to load the mesh of a fairing using style="Fairing-2"
Inlets are the best alternative in full vanilla gameplay though
@SupremeDorian I don't think so, now Android requires the apps to compile the code on installation so you can't add any scripting or model, only xml modding is possible and it isn't easy to install
@MarioG the game isn't recommended for 1GB ram devices. In my case I've tried the titanic and it's kind of playable at 7fps (it has almost 4k parts iirc)
The trailer seems to be far from reality and many of the additions are things that were already a thing in mods: better textures, updates to the models, better graphics and some new parts. I really feel like that should be an update to ksp and not a new game but heh, I guess Squad needs money.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to try it, if only my laptop is capable of running it xd
@ngoc2699nguyen based on previous statements your tablet should run the game. Not sure about how smooth it will be being a 2014 device. The GPU and CPU are not the best in the market but you have enough RAM (they told us over 2GB RAM should work fine). If you have the tablet since 2014 you should be aware of possible overheating while playing and maybe thermal throttle in the CPU
If you have some experience in ksp it should be relatively easy to get to Luna or the planets that are in the game now (Cylero should be the easiest one if you don't count Luna)
@InfinityTechnology I guess visuals are not the main thing affected by RAM. RAM is related to things loaded in memory for quick access, like the planet itself (more ram should allow more detail in the textures, more mesh prepared to be loaded...) and higher part counts (you'll need this for sure hahaha)
@TurboSnail I'll try to research all common model rocket propellants, if you know some can you list them here? Keep in mind I need to later find some stats in order to add it to the game
@SelectAKey oh :(
5.1 years ago@RocketBuilder well, upload it unlisted and then make a forum post with the link to the craft, but people can then upvote the forum post
5.1 years ago@RocketBuilder Don't think so
5.1 years agoWhy?
5.1 years ago@SelectAKey if you just delete them from the crafts folder it shouldn't break anything, at least in the past that was fine
5.1 years ago@SelectAKey you may have to manually delete the files
5.1 years agoOoof I need a copy of Aero Effect VR

+1 5.1 years agoHow to land in Urados
+1 5.1 years ago@FrancisLLGamin you open the craft file and edit the xml code
5.1 years ago@FrancisLLGamin what do you mean?
5.1 years ago@Atomicdragon SR2 is not the same engine with some bonus things, the game is quite different.

@ThePilotDude can you upload the craft unlisted and send the link?
5.2 years ago@ThePilotDude mmm inlets are hollow all the way through, the ones with a capped end are the interstages
5.2 years agoYou can make transparent paints, the problem is that the parts can't have transparency, so the paint looks opaque once you apply it

+2 5.2 years ago@Shukhar This works in android because is a mod based in xml code, so yes
Problems though, the installation isn't very obvious and the engines are the old engines

5.2 years ago@PvPSky How much?
5.2 years agoI've been invoked, tell me 3 wishes
+1 5.2 years ago@Maxwing1 you have to open the command window (go to the keybinding settings and assign it a key), then just type MLI
5.2 years ago@AndrewGarrison you should include here an explanation to why mods can't be used in Android and iOS
+11 5.2 years ago@Kell another option is set the AG to on by default, but in some cases it may break
5.2 years agoYou can use the command MLI for infinite fuel
5.2 years ago1GB ram? Wow you're pushing your terminal xd
+1 5.2 years agoYou aren't increasing the throat size, you're reducing it or keeping it open, that doesn't have to affect the bell necessarily
