@Jetspeed1001 SpaceX use engines to land because parachutes are so unpredictable and would be more likely to have the booster fall into the ocean than land on the drone ship, making it impossible to reuse if it is touched by saltwater.
A regular 747 would not be able to fly into space given the fact that they need air to keep their engines running. However, if you created an alternative engine made for vacuums, then yes you would be able to get into space.
@Bmcclory that would work. I Imagine that doing most recreations of rockets will require me to mod and/or create new parts and engines. Especially for the SpaceX rockets (Mainly writing script to return the rockets)
I will want to make replicas of historic rockets. ( SaturnV, Space Shuttle etc) and modern rockets ( Falcon 9, SLS, BFR, and so on) while also creating my own rockets.
@Elonmuskjr it’s fixed
6.0 years ago@Elommuskjr I accidentally hid post after I finished typing the title, it’s fixed now.

6.1 years ago@Jetspeed1001 you speak the truth.
6.1 years agoThe Gemini / Titan ll Rocket, I love this rocket because of the way it sort of formed a bridge to the Moon for the Apollo Missions.
6.1 years ago@CommanderSword the dot is fantastic!
6.1 years agoNope!
6.2 years agoHello! I hope you enjoy the community here!
6.2 years ago@Caveman999 That is a little more probable.
6.2 years agoWill there be an in game suicide burn calculator that could possibly play off of this.
6.2 years agoGreat job by the way, it looks amazing!
If I make a Saturn V, I’m going to take my time and put as much detail as possible (or until I run out of patience)
6.2 years ago@tinypoo thanks! I will
6.2 years ago@mjdfx150529 your close, but @liskers got it right, nice job.
6.2 years agoThe budget for NASA compared to the Defence budget is completely ridiculous @BaconAircraft I totally agree.
6.2 years agoA planet probably...
6.2 years agoA Mercury Redstone Rocket with a friendship seven capsule on top. ( This is one of my favorite rockets.)
6.3 years agoSup fam
6.3 years agoWith a game that looks this amazing I’d be willing to wait till December for Early Acsess ( Though that is not likely... I hope) Great job 👍🏻
6.3 years agoCould be an interesting rover 🤔
6.3 years ago@Caveman999 Okay, thanks. :-)
6.3 years agoNow your tied. :-)
6.3 years ago@Caveman999 I do not think that the Devs need or have points, though I’m not one hundred percent sure on that.
6.3 years agoI would love to re-create this after SR2 comes out.
6.3 years agoThis picture has been out for quite some time now, in fact it is on the front page. So I’m fairly certain this is not a leak. Sorry :-(
6.3 years agoI am definitely going to be focusing on recreating the Saturn V, Soyuz and the other Cold War Era Rockets. Maybe I’ll try re-creating the N-1
6.3 years agoSuper cool! Glad it went well @AndrewGarrison

6.3 years agoLooks to be a V-2, hmm good thing there wasn’t a warhead in it. Lol
6.3 years agoCool, thanks.
6.3 years agoWhat’s mine?
6.3 years agoAwesome, thanks
6.3 years agoI’m a little late but can I join @CommanderSword
6.3 years ago@Bmcclory that would work. I Imagine that doing most recreations of rockets will require me to mod and/or create new parts and engines. Especially for the SpaceX rockets (Mainly writing script to return the rockets)
6.3 years ago@Bmcclory I will accept that challenge, though I don’t know where I’m going to get that engine, lol.

6.3 years agoYou hit some great points here, I hope that this might make a difference for the Devs sake, and ours.
6.4 years agoThank you! @AN2Felllla
6.4 years agoI am a little late to this discussion, but I just wanted to say that this made my day for some strange reason. @JoshMan
6.4 years agoI figured it would be something along those lines. The thought of running around the Martian surface on my phone is exciting.
