@Tallisar maybe not 2400 actually, but they do gain fusion tech in the 2030s and antimatter production/technology and warp technology in the 2070s (fusion makes it easier to get, I assume), and they may leave in a couple hundred years. Let's just say they got a little bit of help (manpower) around 2080...
@Tallisar They had pretty steady progression for 6600 years after these maps date to then 800 years of rapid advancement (they are at the same tech as humans, it's just that the modern day is around 2400, so humans are on the brink of intergalactic travel) so they went from bronze to iron to antiquity to medieval to renaissance to industrial to machine to space and then interstellar, never space to bronze. Sorry if it came across that I did mean that when I didn't.
@Tallisar They were originally going to be in the mid space age, then bronze age, then mid space age, but now, after your comment, They're going to be in the mid Interstellar age, with safe warp travel of up to 1000c. Thanks for reminding me how far their bronze age was ago.
There will be more nations in the region in the future, if not across the whole planet. These are also not current borders, they are borders from 5000 Sarkalan Years (7192 Earth Years) ago, and the civilization is in the mid space age (think of the 1970s to 2020s, so most of the planet is clamied. It is also located in the Triangulum Galaxy, as well. There will be ruins of these the great Sanalayan Civilizations (Sanalay is like this world's Mesopotamia for its civilizations) that you can see. They will be as detailed as possible. (It also orbits an F7V Star with a mass of 1.150 Solar Masses)
@Tallisar I'm changing it to a K-type star, so it would by orange, so I'd give it an orange inspired name if its name is to be color based, so then something like Sulfan could work, seeing as Sulfur is orange.
Oh, btw, this was my first tutorial, but, more importantly, was suggested by @RocketManbuuuuuuu! Please go check them out, as they make some pretty good stuff for how new they are!
Oh, and if you guys are wondering why there isn’t any blue of the US flag, it’s because I put it in the microwave once, and that led to some of the paint fading away. If you were to look at it at certain angles, you could see that the canton on the flag isn’t entirely faded.
I don’t think so. Juno has a thriving community, and it’s dumb to just abandon it. It also simply makes sense to do this for the SP community, as it may be hard to do all of this to the original game. Plus, if Jundroo were to “abandon” JNO, it’d be more of in the same way as SP and SP2, with a sequel. It’s kinda like Mojang with Minecraft and MC Legends. The no word about 1.4 is because their team is working on SP2, and they are likely going to wait a bit for suggestions as well. Plus, at the end of the day, Jundroo is still a corporation. A small one sure, but it still wants/needs money, and the flight sim genre is MUCH larger than the space sim genre, so it will bring more money into the company. This money can also help with development of updates. If they were to abandon JNO, they would have announced it already. Don’t worry about it. I bet the SP community felt the same, and they had more reason to do so, and look at it now, with their game getting a Sequel (which I will buy, as I loved the first one. It even started my adventure into Sandbox Aerospace games). I hope this eases your worries.
NOTE: I need help with doing xml edits for the system, as it will be in RSS scale, so even if I did each one separately (Which I DON’T want to do), I would still have at least one planet per system with an over 1 Billion km orbit. That isn’t even taking into consideration the entire system, as the two primary stars orbit 2,900 AU from the system barycenter (with an eccentricity of around 0.5), and star C orbits 11,559 AU/0.183 ly from the barycenter. Yeah, I need help with the xml editing.
Also, I may need help with using xml to get any planets over 1 Billion km from their home stars, or the stars distances in general, as I will be making it in RSS Scale.
(Also, I'll be making the C system first, as it's the easiest to do without xml in RSS. Well, with the exception of one planet, but you'll see that later!)
@Zenithspeed I do prefer making 1/5 systems (as you can have up to 5000Gm of distance, or enough for Neptune), but, from me watching The Beardy Penguin's "For All Kerbalkind", I have fallen in love with the RSS scale. It just looks and feels so pretty/amazing thinking about how you are only around 300 km up, but Earth (or whatever you're orbiting) takes up so much visual space! It's simply amazing!
@deepfriedfrenchtoast Yeah, I was thinking that. I’m not going to download the beta, as I want to wait for it to fully release, just so, let’s say, bad things don’t happen (as in bugs)
@Hyperant No, I’ve just been watching the beards Penguin’s “For All Kerbalkind”, and I wanted to make some Soviet esque spacecraft/probes. I mainly got inspired by the thumbnail for the “Vostok” Episode, and that really made me want to do what I am planning to do. (Kinda yes tho)
Swiss seems cool
3 months ago@Tallisar I'll get to working on both systems. Thanks for wanting to help me with Kelarnu.
3 months ago@Tallisar The biomes (specifically their elevation) on Kelarnu are just a handful to deal with
4 months ago@Tallisar same one as before
4 months ago(the one with Sarkal)
Man I need to be better on my uploading promises.
4 months ago@Tallisar Thanks!
4 months ago@SupremeDorian how do you do it
4 months agoWhen will it release on steam?
4 months agonice
5 months ago@Tallisar sorry
5 months ago@Tallisar i just used google docs and cropped it to a circle
5 months agoSorry I uploaded this only 22 hours after the other pic.

5 months ago@Tallisar I was saying about how I decided what tech level they'd be in universe, not literally going from space age to bronze age.

5 months ago@Tallisar Its a Sub-Earth in mass, at 0.5 M🜨, but similar to Earth in radius, with it measuring 5,124 km in radius.
5 months agoYou know you can send a suggestion, right? If you want it, suggest it! Even if it is rejected, at least you tried.

5 months agoOh, I need to mention that the get position, noise, basic arithmetic, and such are all in the biomes section in the terrain generation-thing area.
5 months agoOh. I have an idea, which is to make a Bespin City like construct in Tydos's atmosphere.
5 months ago@Hyperant I may do that too. I have definitely improved in the past 3 or so yesrs.
5 months agowhat the freak
5 months agowhy are they for "archival purposes"?
5 months ago@deepfriedfrenchtoast about a month or two

7 months ago@Fyrem0th It so damn yummy
