Keep sr2... it's already called simplerockets2 and it's the successor of simplerockets, yeah players build all kinds of stuff but it's primarily intended for rockets and has various rocket parts and planets, and yes people can build some extremely detailed stuff but the majority of things people build are extremely simple and tbh none of the other names are good...
