@FelixFan1 I'd appreciate it if you don't assume things about me. You don't know me personally, and your assumptions about me are solely based off of how you interpret my comments here, not my real in person personality and doings. As well,
I fully support what Pedro has been saying as I would've said the same thing. I very much understood your hint however, your comment came off as rude so therefore I decided to have a little fun. Whether or not you thought my reply was funny or not doesn't matter to me, because I had fun.
@FelixFan1 Since this is the internet and I can't tell if you woke up on the wrong side of bed today, I will take your comment as a literal statement. So here it goes...
When removing heat from a liquid, we can temporarily cool the liquid below its freezing point without forming a solid. This phenomenon, called supercooling, occurs when the heat is removed so rapidly that the molecules have no time to assume the ordered structure of a solid. A supercooled liquid is unstable; particles of dust entering the solution or gentle stirring is often sufficient to cause the substance to solidify.
I hope you learned something that you didn't know before.
I say stick with it. The "simple" in SimpleRockets is ironic and therefore humorous. I find the name to be funny, but maybe I have a boring sense of humor. Plus SimplePlanes isn't simple nor limited to planes either. Also, the "Simple" in Jundroo game titles is a common theme, for example SimpleRockets, SimplePlanes, and SimplePhysics. Just my two cents.
I can understand the frustration some SP users are causing, but there is no need for this. This forum posts will just fan the flames between the two communities and cause further divide. Nothing will or has been accomplished by this forum post. I think people need to think before they post. Goes for both sides of the argument. None of this helps.
@ChisP It's a bit more complicated than that. We can't use SP creations in SR2 and vice versa. It's the way the game is coded and supported I believe. SP and SR2 are way different from each other.
@IAmMyBoss If you want weapons, what ever. But that's not the main reason to get the game. We all want things implemented in SR2. I just feel this idea has been brought up too many times. I fell some people just want the game for it's explosions and not for it's educational value, such as learning about Hohmann Transfer Orbit. Something I learned by just playing the game. I understand it's entertaining to see something get blown up, however just know that this idea has already been suggested about a hundred times and it gets annoying. I hope you understand.
I'm getting tired of people constantly asking for weapons in SR2. Is that what entertains you, not learning about gravity, orbits, and rockets? Plus if you would've looked there are already posts about weapons in SR2. You could just support them instead of making Plus if you want KSP style game then get KSP. SR2 is going to be a cheaper version of KSP and therefore won't be as big as KSP.
Here we go again with multiplayer..... I think if the devs would put multiplayer in SR2, there would be some announcement of it on previous SR2 posts. There is sandbox sharing in SR2, so thats probably close as you're going to get to multiplayer. Plus what things would you do on a multiplayer server? I don't see a point in multiplayer in SR2. However those are just my thoughts. Take them with a grain of salt.
It's a bit of a hard transfer from SP to SR2, just got to get used to it. As well, we have to remember that SR2 is still in early access, it still has knots to work out. As well, these are two different games, I agree, it's hard to build but that's because I'm so used to SP. The best thing we can do is give feedback to the Devs and stop complaining. The Devs work too hard.
@TurboSnail It's unreasonable for people to have common sense? It's illogical to keep the forums clean from useless posts? Apparently Tully and I don't think so. But your right it's unrealistic to ask people to stop spamming because people are too immature and are greedy for internet points.
@BaconAircraft it was an edgy joke. It was making a copying joke. The Buran was pretty much a copy of the space shuttle. But I guess I'm not that funny.
The only thing is that I feel that parts shouldn't explode only when it hits the ground. I feel more parts should break due to one explosion causing a chain reaction. Though I know it's only beta testing and more testing is to come.
This is more of a bug and plus I couldn't find a spot to put bug reports. Anyways, when I was on Andrews profile and was reading the comments (to stay caught up on the development of SR2 and not to be a stalker), when I clicked the arrow to go onto page 2, it sent me to page two of the user page and not the comment page two. Also I had it on newest comments and not best if that helps.
I see that there is 4x5 and 8x5 stripes fuselage blocks. Why can't that be a setting on all fuselage blocks or is that a sub assembly. Also what is normal smoothing angle and visual style in the fuselage settings? As well what is grid size, mode and direction in the translate tool? I noticed there are no separators, can fuselage sections act like them or have they not been implemented? I have a lot of questions. Sorry not sorry.
I believe Andrew has hinted there will be wing parts. Also If I remember right there is a runway in the trailer. You should probably fact check this though.

+1 6.1 years agoShouldn't the title say "Vote YES for No Weapons"? You have a double negative which makes a big fatty positive. Your title supports weapons in space.
