For this I would try the in game chase camera options in vizzy.
You can set its long and lat.
make is switch to another view when commanded or by timer.
Mix it with variables and you could probably make it interact with how you drive the craft.
Otherwise using an actual camera part would need props and fuel and stuff to keep it working and float around.

Theres a tutorial in game title screen of how to launch a rocket.
Follow those rules with the craft they give you to dock with the ISS and youll be halfway there.
Just launch on time to rendezvous the satellite.
Launch in the same direction the satellite is orbiting.
Then once in orbit and with in 100km of the craft you have to use RCS thrusters or chance over shooting.
Watch the map view to see your orbit line and how your speed effects its trajectory.
Once near slow down. Have patience.
Find the docking port.
Activate yours and check to be sure the ISS dock port is active. If not click it and activate it.
Now lock heading and use Translate mode.
That lets RCS shift you around without spinning, so you can keep facing the docking port.
Once close around 3meters. Stop
Turn off all controls like RCS, gyroscope, engines, turn off heading lock and translate mode.
What you want is the games built in docking magnets to take over and complete the connection.

Then once in place with the slider, turn the AG # off and it should stay in position.
You should be able to use that same slider for anything else without it moving the first AG until you turn that AG back on.

Sephiroth from FF Was able to do it via meditation. But he only managed to summon a single comet toward the earths mobiles.
You will need lots of yoga practice to achieve this meditation feat.
Lift may be fixed by adjusting the trim angle. Or even hiding another wing inside to negate the action.
Engines can be nerfed by blocking the intakes with a cap that you color invisible for looks.

Being a sandbox craft you should be able to paint them invisible and make them weight less with no drag.

Another way is to just place the turbine where you wish. Then use the Part Connection Tool to choose what part you wish to connect it to.
Be sure to turn auto resize off so the new parts dont match the old parts size and dimensions.
Look at the cargo drone built. Parts really dont even need to be near anything to actually connect. Its a bit of a cheat if you ask me but im lazy in career mode so i do it.

Aim to over shoot it in map view.
Then pull parachute.
Youll see how your falling path changes in map view.
Use engines to break and push you on target.
Well, theres a mirror option somewhere. Find that in the tabs.
Tricky part is understanding what your mirroring.
If you mirror the craft itself, you will be copying one side and printing it to the other side.
If you do the wrong side just click undo.
Now
If you are trying to mirror parts then it can get weird.
Sometimes youll end up with a messed up look.
Basically it will mirror everything in the same branch that the parts are connected to.
So for example, say you are making an octopus and trying to mirror individual legs from one side to the other.
If you mirror a part half way down the leg then youll only copy and paste half of the leg.
Just mess with mirroring until you understand it. Its the best way.
Use a craft you dont care about or be sure not to save it.
Also crew compartment will implode if used in space.

Im assuming youll need to find a way for to increase heat damage output and the distance in which it travels from the engine
