@IAmMyBoss Try deleting your settings file and launching the game again. The settings file should be here:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. After the issue occurs again, can you provide us with a link to your game's log file (via pastebin.com or dropbox or something similar)?

@DRvictor321 No problem. It wasn't your fault. Steam is supposed to install that automatically, but for some people, it fails for some reason. No worries, glad it is working for you now.

I believe Andrew implemented that so I may be wrong about some of this stuff, but I think that is used by the jet engines to lump all part style spinners under the same collapsible header in the part properties window.
@KitKart Music tracks are currently hard-coded and tied to planet names I believe. Definitely not what we want moving forward, but for now, that is unfortunately how it works.
Changes to the default solar system are always overwritten. Try the 'CloneSolarSystem id' dev console command to make a copy of the default solar system, then edit that.
From the 0.6.7.0 release notes:
Added a couple dev console commands to help with XML modding planets and solar systems. Use 'CloneSolarSystem id' to make a copy of the current solar system and update your game state to reference it. Use 'PlanetStudio planetName' or 'PlanetStudio planetName quality' to open a scene with the specified planet. WASD & IJKLUO move the camera (shift/control for fast/slow). Keypad +/- to adjust speed. Space to lock to the surface. SolarSystem.xml changes should automatically be recognized and cause the planet to regenerate itself. Alt-F4 to exit.
Thanks for the feedback! I'd recommend visiting the suggestions section of our website where you can vote on and submit ideas to be included in future updates. It will help us prioritize the features that the community is most interested in seeing.
Thanks for playing!

Not sure what you mean about the strut... It should behave similar to a fuel tank except the ends of the strut can be attached to the sides of fuel tanks.

As for translation controls, if you are interested in seeing separate controls for translation mode, I'd recommend giving the suggestion an upvote. It helps us prioritize features that players would like to see most. https://www.simplerockets.com/Feedback/View/FU2988/Separate-RCS-translation-and-rotation-controls-on-controller-input-settings
@RYDER1 Pitch/Roll/Yaw should all show up in the controls menu (by default, bound to WASDQE). If you are not seeing that, please let me know. When translation mode is enabled, Pitch/Roll/Yaw controls become translate-forward-back / translate-up-down / translate-left-right. This is unfortunately, not at all obvious by looking at the controls menu. We need to do a better job conveying that functionality to the player. Sorry!
@SupremeDorian That stuff was pulled over from the SimplePlanes codebase. Mod support is definitely coming. We are still undecided about Steam Workshop for SR2 though.
Definitely not normal. Perhaps check your log file to see if its spewing out a ton of errors?

@Caveman999 That is your log file, which is what I was looking for. I don't see the error in there though. The log file is wiped every time the game runs though. Did you get the log file from after the error occurred but before restarting the game?

Controls are all listed and rebindable in the settings menu, which you should be able to access from the main menu, designer, or in flight. T is used to toggle translation mode which changes the RCS behavior (usable with WASDQE). Up/Down and Roll should all be available (depending on your RCS setup) but you will have to disable translation mode to get roll.
@corsair013 Well it will install something, so yes, I would consider it altering your computer a bit. Shouldn't have any negative side effects as far as I know, but Its not our software. Its Microsoft stuff, so we can't really make any claims about it.
