Here’s my advice @BmnkRocketIndustries: I suggest you download other people's planets and open them in the Planet Studio so you can see what are they made of.
Also, I noticed how good you are. I do better on paper, but I assume you have a drawing pad connected to your PC? Also, those areas of dusk needs some more work, since they kind of blend in too well. Just saying, it criticizing.
@Pedro THank you for the advice. I went and look and deleted random things, and it was the auroras. If it weren't for you telling me to see if anything looks wrong, I would have never fixed! thank you @Pedro!
OHHHHHH
PREPARE FOR THE MASSIVE INFLUX OF MY IDEAS!
.
.
A habitable moon with purple vegetation
A moon with canyons
A moon with swirly terrain
A gas giant with big storms
Ringed moons
Moons with tall mountains
Moons with big ridges
Titan like moon but hot
Gas dwarf
Swirly clouds
Striped clouds
Cold venusian
.
and I still have more! Should I generate them?
I know how do it and it is quite simple! You need to get a TextureData(projection) and put the hurricane textures there. Then you put a clamp, then a color blend. I do not know how to change the hurricane colors but I think you need to change the color of the “ColorBlend”.
Nice and uh, sorry for being rude to you when you didn’t credit me. I just did not like it when other people use some of my ideas without proper credit. I am sorry and I did feel bad, so, can you forgive me?
@Seeya and just so you know, they will change, but i am actively searching for names, and might get inspired by some of your names, but not copy (because copying is for morons and not cool)
@Seeya i know, the names might change, and the basic lore is not even finished. I am planning to release the Universe Sandbox 2 version of my Tempris (Alpha Centauri), which is nearly complete
@Seeya You need OBS then! Its free, and compatible with JNO because I recorded a video with it! And it was running smooth (beefy computer yeaaaahhhh)! But how long you were on here, Ylias?
@Seeya I know right! All I know is basic basic, and I don't know what the he'll they are, unless if I remember 6th grade math, and solve the operation itself! I just wondered if you would know anything about it because your planets are made high quality tbh, and expressions are typically user for things like that! Just think you would know!
@Luckwut Yeah, I normally download @eyov2 ‘s planets and look at their insides. I also take notes of important things, but because of my apparent necessity to note things down, I might be able to do a half replica of planets. I also look into @Seeya ‘s planets because @Seeya is basically Ylias but new (I think). I also remember him because long before I had this account, I was playing JNo for at least a year, but all I did was download crafts and send them to low orbit. But I do plan to download other planets and pry into their “code” and see if I can replicate it while simultaneously learning from it! It is tough and because I have seen how good you and other planet builders are, I too want to be as good as y’all. I used Universe Sandbox 2 to make my planets but making planets in that game is normally too easy and simple, whereas in this game, you can literally make anything you want, but at a cost, you need to completely know how it works, what to put, and how to put it together. I also think they need better planet tutorials since one of the biggest reasons I moved to JNO is because of the planets and the ability to make any star systems the way you want, without any gravitational disturbances. In conclusion, I am using modified planets from other people in hopes that I will be able to “reverse engineer” them, and learn how to reconstruct it. I also plan to share my notes, as to hopefully help others.
how the fuck are you so good at planet-making? I have been using JNO for 3 months and I still make shitty stuff I can't do anything with the blank template and I normally rely on other people's stuff to make my stuff. I remember Ylias and I love your lore (I have my own and its just as big as yours, trust me) which also uses alpha centauri, but your planets are like, a blessing for the eyes! how do you know so much??
I had already said before @PZLAgencies, please do not ping me for no reason. Like why did you ping? What do you want?
+1 1.2 years agoIt is for people who could try out JNO, and if they like it, they can purchase the full version, @ModernTech2024 .
+1 1.2 years agoNice. Also, can you resend me the link to the ship you gave me? I accidentally deleted it and I don't remember the link.
+1 1.2 years agoIs this dead?
+1 1.2 years agoHi.
+1 1.2 years agoone very fine fast boi
+1 1.3 years agoI love it! Also, can we collaborate on this?
+1 1.3 years agoYou know, have you ever heard of the report button?
+1 1.3 years agoSo you're a furry now? I have no problem with it, I am just wondering.
+1 1.3 years agoHere’s my advice @BmnkRocketIndustries: I suggest you download other people's planets and open them in the Planet Studio so you can see what are they made of.
+1 1.3 years agoHe didn't @BMNK . He deleted it because he said he was narcissistic, rude, etc etc.
+1 1.3 years agoDamn. You are definitely better than me. But are you good at drawing on paper, @Seeya ?
+1 1.4 years agoAlso, I noticed how good you are. I do better on paper, but I assume you have a drawing pad connected to your PC? Also, those areas of dusk needs some more work, since they kind of blend in too well. Just saying, it criticizing.
+1 1.4 years agoI can help you @heitorM
+1 1.4 years agoI like the looks of that ice world.
+1 1.4 years ago@Zenithspeed like me lol
+1 1.4 years agoHey @Seeya, can you make the Alpha Centauri System from NH?
+1 1.4 years ago"Incredibly Sophisticated artwork here"
+1 1.4 years ago@Pedro THank you for the advice. I went and look and deleted random things, and it was the auroras. If it weren't for you telling me to see if anything looks wrong, I would have never fixed! thank you @Pedro!
+1 1.4 years ago@Zenithspeed YOOOOOOOOOO I LOVE TERRARIA

@Seeya That is also the reason why I am not posting now

+1 1.4 years ago@Zenithspeed also Titan is the best moon in the Sol system. Outclasses every other moon.
+1 1.5 years ago@Seeya lol i do better than this - i am an artist but not a digital artist.
+1 1.5 years agoAre you ‘dead’ now?
+1 1.5 years agoI’m good at programming but not vizzy. If it exist, you can use the ‘repeater’ function
+1 1.5 years ago@Seeya Well, I am glad.NH is back in production because I always loved your planets, especially NH!
+1 1.5 years agoWoah uh, okay. But can we still suggest anything?
+1 1.5 years ago@Seeya and just so you know, they will change, but i am actively searching for names, and might get inspired by some of your names, but not copy (because copying is for morons and not cool)

+1 1.5 years agomake a orange gas giant from blank template
+1 1.5 years ago@Junkthunder thank you for telling me. they might change but for now, they wont
+1 1.5 years ago@Junkthunder well, sketches are technically drawings!
+1 1.5 years ago@Seeya Understood.
+1 1.5 years ago@Seeya How though? I tried it but it did not work
+1 1.5 years agothis is great. I love @Seeya 's old planets when he was Ylias. I remember almost every planet Ylias made. Thank you @Zenithspeed
+1 1.5 years agoHow did you make the black text
+1 1.5 years ago@Seeya OBS is fairly easy to use. I do not know a lot, but I know how to get it to record. If you want my help, just say so.
+1 1.5 years agoI love the Expanse TV show and the science behind it. Even the lore is great.
+1 1.5 years ago@Zenithspeed Yeah, I’m still working on it. Next week I am on break for a week so development will be accelerated.
