@Natedog120705 np, i recently used that to try to integrate data with vizzy and i was able to make it display the total distance traveled by just looking at the velocity.
Theres a really easy way to do this, you store the thing you want to measure in one variable, then wait a certain amount of time and store the thing in another variable, then you subtract the first from the second one, set the second one to the first wait again set the thing to the second variable, subtract again and repeat the latter part for as long as you want. Example for clearity
The key to shoot the tether is f you just use the scroll wheel to inctease/decrease its length, more infos about the controls can be found in the settings menu.
There are actually already bodies in the system that have non 0 inclination, tydos for example and cylero aswell, its just very small. Also if you wait some more time untill the planet builder comes out you'll be able to make an asteroid yourself.
You cant directly edit the height, its determened by the planet size, surface density and mean mass per molecule, for the atmosphere colour you'll need to change the wavelength value under the skyshader data, about the water colour im not sure myself, but what do you mean by natural pinkish tint?
I noticed that the shoreline east of the space center is kind of blocky, i dont know how fixxable that is, but it has always been kind of an eyezore compared to the otherwise beautiful landscape.
Untill we get proper ui you'll have to duplicate existing ones, though you can easily do that by saving an existing body with a different name in planet studio. To change the colour you have to look at the bottom most modifier of a biome and then the individual subbiomes, there you should find the RGB values and even options for smoothness and metallicness. About the atmosphere, its calculated by the planets radius, mean mass per molecule and surface density i think, so you'll have to play around with these values to get something you like.
The @ doesnt work in forum posts it only works in comments also the explosion size depends on the mass so I'd suggest using batteries as they have the highest density.
@sflanker its not actually any of the below mentioned stuff, its just that the wheels are kinda unstable, to fix it just increase forward/sideways friction on the back wheels, atleast thats what worked for me.
@ItsSimpleWhenYouRule then i cant help you sorry, about the reentry besides the settings being turned of i cant help you either, you might wanna report that bug.
About the placement problem, make sure that the fuel adapter is connected to the surface of the fuel tank and not the bottom node, or symmetry won't work.
@xEzzx first of all the astronauts are certainly fine with the fuel they have, they have about 600m/s of delta v, real life eva jetpacks have about 5-10m/s, second of all what do you mean that pc has more stuff than mobile, if you're talking about the dev console, there arent that many useful commands anyways and if you're talking about mods, there are only a few that actually add a lot to the game, also modified sandboxes like ESS or RSS work on mobile too.
Im sure you'll get your problems resolved eventually, if you find a bug that is easily reproducable be sure to report it so the devs can take a look at it.
@Wiccanway actually besides mods and keyboard shortcuts, the mobile version has the exact same features as the pc version, the devs have made it clear that they wanted good consistency across all platforms.
This would be a LOT more complicated than you would think and they would have to redesign the entire fuel tank system if its even possible.
+1 4.4 years agoWell here i am again, 'seconds ago' lol
+1 4.4 years agoI think you can only do it via modding.
+1 4.4 years agoTheres no official support for other languages, what did you do?
4.4 years agoTheres a couple of pretty good tutorials here on the website and even an entire series you should try out.
+1 4.4 years ago@Natedog120705 nice
4.4 years ago@Natedog120705 well good luck with that, be sure to visit the SRC for vizzy questions.
4.5 years ago@Natedog120705 cool, havent really played much with vizzy and orbital manouvers myself.
4.5 years ago@Natedog120705 np, i recently used that to try to integrate data with vizzy and i was able to make it display the total distance traveled by just looking at the velocity.

@NoIDontWanna you cant use the dev console on mobile

4.5 years ago@zeropol
You're good, there have been way more intrusive ways people have edited xml and i dont see a reason why it shouldn't be allowed.
+2 4.5 years agoYou cant directly edit the height, its determened by the planet size, surface density and mean mass per molecule, for the atmosphere colour you'll need to change the wavelength value under the skyshader data, about the water colour im not sure myself, but what do you mean by natural pinkish tint?
4.5 years agoThis is it up close, still blocky and as you get further away it becomes bigger blocks. PC and max graphics settings btw.
4.5 years ago@pedro16797 i had noticed it on both this is on mobile.
4.5 years agoI noticed that the shoreline east of the space center is kind of blocky, i dont know how fixxable that is, but it has always been kind of an eyezore compared to the otherwise beautiful landscape.
4.5 years ago@GrayStar then i suggest switching to then newest beta, there are a lot of useful features and changes that make planet editing easier.

to get a clickable link.I think its in radians, not degrees.
+1 4.5 years agoTry only enabling brakes on the back wheels.
4.5 years agoThe @ doesnt work in forum posts it only works in comments also the explosion size depends on the mass so I'd suggest using batteries as they have the highest density.
+2 4.5 years agoNot the most aerodynamic thing but cool design.
+3 4.5 years agoBe sure to look here if there is already a suggestion about this, if not you can make your own and add a link on this post.
4.5 years ago@sflanker its not actually any of the below mentioned stuff, its just that the wheels are kinda unstable, to fix it just increase forward/sideways friction on the back wheels, atleast thats what worked for me.
+1 4.5 years agoI was thinking about doing that anyways
4.5 years agoJust go down 7 forum posts, its literally the same question.
4.5 years agoYou can search crafts here if thats what you're looking for.
+1 4.5 years agoca. 4109km, also btw when its over cylero its not geostationary anymore as the geo stands for Earth.
+4 4.5 years agoIts stored in the game files, on android its:
4.5 years agoandroid/data/com.jundroo.SimpleRockets2/
files/Userdata/PhotoLibrary
@SRIMRSA np
4.5 years agoNo, though mods can do it but they mostly won't.
4.5 years ago@ItsSimpleWhenYouRule then i cant help you sorry, about the reentry besides the settings being turned of i cant help you either, you might wanna report that bug.

+1 4.5 years agoNo its a seperate purchase sadly.
4.5 years ago@socialist yeah you're gonna have to wait for the android beta
4.5 years ago@socialist yes, it works on every platform where you can edit your files.
4.5 years ago@xEzzx its all good, I'm chill
4.5 years ago@xEzzx first of all the astronauts are certainly fine with the fuel they have, they have about 600m/s of delta v, real life eva jetpacks have about 5-10m/s, second of all what do you mean that pc has more stuff than mobile, if you're talking about the dev console, there arent that many useful commands anyways and if you're talking about mods, there are only a few that actually add a lot to the game, also modified sandboxes like ESS or RSS work on mobile too.

+1 4.5 years ago@JastroOne1 cant wait to let my astronauts take a bath in a liquid methane lake, awesome work, as always.
+1 4.5 years ago'seconds ago' im certainly the first here

+1 4.5 years agoTruely the most beautiful planet in the drooian system, cant wait for ESS 3.0 to release, for it to get some moons.
+2 4.5 years agoI normally make it a function of the altitude in such a way that i can easily specifiy at which altitude it should be turned to what angle.
+1 4.5 years agoLike this
@Wiccanway no problem
4.5 years agoUse the part connections tool to edit the connections on parts, it should be relatively self-explanatory.
+2 4.5 years ago@AtlasSP weird, never seen or heard of these issues before
