@AndrewGarrison Sir, I love your work on this game. It's awesome, especially in bringing such an experience to both PC and Mobile users alike. Might I suggest easily tutorial videos (perhaps on YouTube) or perhaps tutorial scripts (perhaps a Downloads page on this site), that don't have necessarily come with the game but can be accessed externally just to help new players get the hang of things. It'd be awesome to have the tutorial aids to help grasp concepts in a matter of weeks instead of months or just by lick from trial and error just so everyone has fun and not only experts. I'm sure that'd go a long way to set this game off from that other game(😁) if it becomes everybody's game -expert and non-expert alike.
Awesome, thank you so much.
May I please take to this opportunity to suggest also inner planets that can be Mercury and Venus analogues, in the same way that @KirRu added two inner planets to the existing ESS.
@JSO18 What about using xml edits perhaps by using Overload, to increase size and mass so that it won't be only be size enlarged as if from a Tinker Panel.
Awesome 😂. I once did this by using whole stock Simple East that'd I'd burn to depletion then save the current location at depletion, save the game, then relaunch a whole SimpleBeast at that saved location then burn again to depletion and repeat. Sad thing is you realise the sadness and loneliness of empty space if you aren't going anywhere in particular, there will be nothing out there to get to, it's just floating in nothingness as there are no other solar systems to get to. But then again, the point of it was just aimlessly trying to escape Juno, so it really didn't matter where I was headed. Had one Droonaut come along for the ride, they moved at the same speed as the capsule at the end, Megameters per second, still ok😂, didn't die from coldness on warped hours of EVA during which an unfortunate use of Jetpack at Max thrust propelled the Droonaut away from.the Capsule until they were separated by great distances such that the Droonaut couldn't get back to it, it wasn't in sight anymore.
In the meantime, try attaching the camera to a tank's surface then use the translation tool to move it to the fairings position. It will stay with the craft as long as the tank is with the craft so maybe try putting it on an upper stage tank. If you want it to go with the fairing on jettison, perhaps attach the camera to a side interstage/detacher instead, then go into staging analysis in design menu and make sure the fairing and interstage of the camera are activated at the same time.
Yes I do realise light doesn't go far, but it was kinda fun to see the bottom of the ocean bat times. You'd expect that perhaps at high noon you can see some features a few meters away when sunk a few meters deep in the ocean. Tried to track down a sinking tank this other day by sight and I lost visual of it after it sank a few meters down. Will try going down at shore. I've been mostly noticing this at the Water launch location.
@Tweedle_Aerospace So it's not enough to have the engines just be attached at the point about the center but there's need for them to be slightly angled towards as well?.
@Insanity I'm sorry. 😂 It's just that I have always regarded the subject or title field as a place where you put your reference and in letter fashion, I'm used to writing the reference in caps, even on emails. Not that it's always the norm, its just something I'm used to. Call it a force of habit. 😂😂😂 Will change it promptly.
Would you happen to know how best to arrange the Vizzy code to do this?
I have a question guys, say you have quite established yourself with many crafts in ESS 3.2 and ESS 4.0 is released. Can I just update to the new system without losing progress or that would mean that ESS 3.2 exists in its own game and I would have to start afresh in ESS 4.0.
Found some time to try it out. It worked in the current game version. Thanks Chtite451SR2. I had tried it some weeks before on an older game version and it didnt work then. But its possible that maybe I just connected the parts wrongly at that time.
Hello guys. Finally managed to dock. Just kept the target out of sight and did so without really relying much on locked heading. Quite tiresome in that way but its really satisfying because of the hard work.
Im guessing the problem is my equipment, I'm playing the game on a 10 year old laptop so it's quite slow at times.
Hopefully, funds permitting, I will be able to upgrade later on.
Looking Great @iSpace, Godspeed!
+2 4.0 years agoThank you so much, it does shed some light a bit. I appreciate.
+2 4.1 years ago@SCaxaR Thanks. Will wait.😊

+1 4.1 years agoJust checked it out. It looks really really beautiful. I have to say as well, the Electron Rockets look beautiful as well.
+1 4.1 years agoAwesome, thank you so much.

Thank you @Chtite451SR2. Will try it out soonest I can. I really appreciate it. Sorry, I think I missed it the first time the question was asked.

3.7 years agoAwesome 😁. Will this be Mobile Friendly?
4.0 years ago@SCaxaR I understand. Please post how to do it so I can learn as well how to do it too.😁
4.0 years ago@SCaxaR Yes it won't go with the fairing, it'll go on it's own. It's just for the meantime till we can attach stuff to the fairings.

4.0 years ago@Cyan, yes doable but Jetpacks run out of fuel
4.0 years ago@pedro16797 Sounds like a plan to me😂😂😂
4.1 years ago@Tweedle_Aerospace Awesome, thanks. Will put it in suggestions right now.😊

4.1 years agoThank you @Tweedle_Aerospace and @Qarabinaka, valuable inputs they are, will surely try both
4.1 years ago@Insanity Great, will check them out, maybe even try to convince them to make it into a mod😂😂😂
4.1 years ago@rebornranch Hahaha 😂 Totally totally

4.1 years ago@KirRu Thanks for the response. Will wait and see how this will all play out when the update comes out.
4.1 years ago@KirRu Thanks for the response. So crafts in orbit are the only one that'll be left?
4.1 years agoI have a question guys, say you have quite established yourself with many crafts in ESS 3.2 and ESS 4.0 is released. Can I just update to the new system without losing progress or that would mean that ESS 3.2 exists in its own game and I would have to start afresh in ESS 4.0.
4.1 years ago@JAMESCorp 😂😂😂 Sounds like a plan to me. I can picture an Astronaut riding a dog for faster movement 😂

4.1 years ago@PointBreak Thanks so much. 😊
4.1 years ago@WNP78 Update came out awesome. Thanks. However, how did this end up by the way? Was pretty looking forward to it. Haven't seen it so far in the game.
4.1 years ago@Mrmaraunet Thanks for the videos really helpful they are.
4.2 years agoHello guys. Finally managed to dock. Just kept the target out of sight and did so without really relying much on locked heading. Quite tiresome in that way but its really satisfying because of the hard work.

Thank you all for your help.
4.2 years ago@sflanker Thanks for the video links.
4.2 years ago@SmurfResearchX Yes I have redesigned the docking craft twice or thrice.
4.2 years ago@SmurfResearchX I would have done all as advised still spins out of control. Relative velocity might be as low as below 10m/s still that happens.
4.2 years ago@BrandtSpaceINC Thanks. Do you experience what I have just described above?
