I had the same problems @PorkyClown3 , though the relative target speed indicator is there. Press the speed indicator and then it cycles between Surface/Orbit and Target if you have selected one.
Prograde and retrograde are then also relative to the target.
But yes, the docking is something that has to be worked on to make it fun again I think. The controls with the translation using RCS are also not very user friendly.
But, keep in mind that it just released so I’m sure that it will be patched. I have fate in @AndrewGarrison !
@AstroTommy I was doing this a few days ago and eventually just gave up because I didn’t know where to burn at all. But this is still the way to do it, I hope it will be changed or someone makes a chart/graph of when you need to burn in your orbit (around the sun). But knowing it is now just trial and error is nice to know because I had the feeling I was the only one doing this wrong!
@Jetspeed1001 To be fair, I haven’t had any problems regarding orbits (Except docking, it’s a pain in the ass) . I haven’t played the low orbit missions though.
@KitKart I’m having the same problem, in my experience it’s right after I turn a part with the “WASD” Keys. It’s very irritating, I have to go quit to the main menu to get it working again.
I’m going to make this. If anyone wants it when it’s done, just ask, but do it yourself if you want to, that is more fun :P

+1 6.0 years ago@nathanmagnus Its okay! I'll wait. In the mean time I'll start designing space station modules and try and dock something cuz that's extremely broken.
+1 6.0 years ago@PorkyClown3 glad to help! ;)

+1 6.0 years ago@nathanmagnus This sounds amazing! I'd love to work on this. I have a question though; are we gonna share the sandbox private? And if so, how?
