@ExplorationAerospace once you get somewhere in the world in a sandbox save you can “save location” in the menu. Then you can build stuff in the build menu. Also very handy if you want to test craft on other worlds, send a probe, land and save location. Now you can test a rover or lander on that location before you send an actual mission.

Not sure if just me but it seems like the files are not accessible on ios version, can’t see the juno new origins folder. This makes it impossible to download/access craft and photo’s and stuff.

If I understand correctly you basically want to discharge a battery by a certain amount with the push of a button?

Yeah this would be very helpful for some organization in my 500+ craft files.

Found it! Strange, noticed plenty of crates and barrels before, but never this one!

Might be fun to use in challenges, like get ball from A to B in this amount of time

Build a small rocket with fins/wings so you can glide the last part and pull a chute once on the target. You could even do without chute if you build the rocket glider well.

Might depend on water physics setting. Also several small tanks is more stable than one big one.

@TritonAerospace built some pretty effective guided missiles, you can check out his jets and and vehicles.

This plane has a refueling port and rover with refueling boom. The slider to control the height of the boom is a bit too sensitive for my taste but it is functional.

In advanced part properties you can add ablative heat shielding. Keep in mind, this does increase part mass.

Depending on your technology you can launch a small suborbital rocket towards the northern icecaps (those are flat), parachute (or glide) a small rocket to the surface, and ignite it so it slides along the surface. Don’t need wheels, it’s way more stable without.

Thats also the easiest way to get the water speed tech points, a small rocket sliding over the bottom of the sea or lake.

I did it by plane, tkes some time but is probbly most cost effective. here is my plane. It is a pretty basic design.

@stander the part description tells you it can’t handle high or low pressure. You can use the Space Habitat part instead, but it has way less capacity.

Not sure what you mean, but if you want them moving freely you can slide its speed property down to zero. It will say floppy.

Seems like the launch failed.. :(

I think it is a very useful way of launching stuff, but I don’t think it has much growth unless purpose built planes are produced..

I would call it Superlaser Crater because of Brigo’s obvious resemblance.

There are already maneuver nodes. It even has an auto-burn feature that is extremely accurate (maybe even a little too accurate). My only thing about them is that the icons are sometimes too small/ too hard to click on my Ipad.

I’m not sure if it is wise from a marketing perspective. I know SR 2 from youtube, and I think most (or at least many) people do. To change the name you might make yourself harder to find.
It is easy to change a name, but it is a lot harder to build up a name.
Another point is the connection to SimplePlanes and SimpleRockets. Those are good games so it is a good thing they are associated with each other. If you like Batman 1 you are more likely to go see Batman 2.

If you really want to rename the game I think it would be wise to keep the Simple in the name. Something like SimpleCraft or SimpleSpace.

Hey guys, I think I found a bug and I’m not sure if someone mentioned already. It seems like the astronaut 1st person view is offset forwards. I realized it when I couldn’t see my instruments in cockpit view.
