Yeah, I'm not familiar with AHK syntax either lol, so I can't really help. Maybe ask in the discord server in chat or something, maybe someone can help you
I just noticed I said what Schaden said lol. I also forgot to say what Nebula said, if the wings occlusion isn't off, the tanks get in the way and decrease their lift.
But yeah, not an elegant solution having to stuff wings in the tanks to make it work.
Do you have Part Lift Forces enabled? Also, you can just clip the wings into the fuel tanks if the fuel tanks alone don't produce enough lift with Part Lift Forces
Well, at some point we all get tired of game(s). Every week (kinda) there's a post about someone taking a break and that's perfectly normal. I personally haven't played anything in a month and haven't played SR2 seriously since August last year.
BF BC2/3/4/1, War Thunder, Besiege, SFS, Space Agency, Atlantic Fleet, KSP, GTA SA/4/5, Dirt 2/3, Strike Fighters 2, CoD 4/MW2/MW3, Among Us, Space Engineers, Empyrion, Minesweeper, GTTOD, sometimes I try the GHPC Demo and a bunch others
It does have to do with the PC though, the people you talk to perhaps have similar specs. SR2 is also a lot less laggy compared to similar games. I also have Besiege and around 200 parts I just start lagging like crazy, while in SR2 it's fine until I hit around 1K/1.5K parts.
Have you tried lowering physics and enabling FPS Spike Reduction?
You can't do it in game AFAIK, but you can edit the max and min values in the xml. If you're on pc, you can use the overload mod, if you're on mobile Gozinya made a tutorial on how to edit xml on mobile.
A lot of people have asked for something like this in the past IIRC. Would it be possible to make it a mod like the Mesh2Craft? Either way this is awesome m8!
True. I tested the KA-27 and it's pretty awesome and it deserves the upvotes. But there's also a lot of amazing builds that go unnoticed such as Benssl's Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning or VictoriaCross' [S.N.N.] Talos Class Battleship.
They must have also taken ages to make and did not get enough recognition.
(Weird, just found out my comment, upvote and VictoriaCross' reply disappeared.)
Like Arstotzka said, it's a feature. It's supposed to simulate real oceans. And in real oceans, light only goes down to ~1km. It's pitch black after that.
KSP does the same
@Subnerdica I only know the basics. I also should have checked earlier if you're on mobile, and you seem to be, so you wouldn't be able to run a mod unfortunately. Seems like the only solution is ion/rocket engines like Chtite said, they work everywhere and have a fuel/electric consumption parameter in the XML. Ion is easier since you can just write the thust and fuel consumption you want and don't have to mess around with chamber pressure and whatnot. You can edit XML on mobile, Gozinya made a tutorial and he's also on iOS
Something like this? It's a plane for testing, you can take the engine out. I didn't see any parameter for fuel consuption in the xml though, so it has a tank with a lot of jet fuel.
@Tweedle_Aerospace Yeah, you have to round, I write them to like 10 digits, you can write even more since you don't need to write it every time and only need to call
''e''
8/31 post was written 1 week after the 8/21 post. 9/11 post was written ~2 weeks after the 8/31 post. 3 weeks after the 9/11 post would be around 01/10.
For clickable images, it should be like this AFAIK: [![](https://jundroo.blob.core.windows.net/simplerockets/files/2020/7/5/ah4ltp/UserView-0.jpg)](https://jundroo.blob.core.windows.net/simplerockets/files/2020/7/5/ah4ltp/UserView-0.jpg)
Make sure the link ends with jpg, png or something like the Insanity said, otherwise it won't work. When you upload to imgur for instance, it lets you copy the link.
Like, say I want to show this image. The link they give is https://imgur.com/czYeLYU.
It has to end with png,jpg... so you open it in a new tab and you get https://i.imgur.com/czYeLYU.png. That's the one you need.
Choose the image you want, upload to imgur or something, wait for it to upload, then right click, open in the new tab and write ![](imgur link from the new tab)
@Zenithspeed Yes, it's completely free and even open source, it's got a bunch of really nice tools

2.5 years agoI just remembered MS PowerToys now let's you rebind keys, and it's got a GUI, so no need to learn syntax @Zenithspeed

2.5 years agoThere's autohotkey. I don't know much about tbh, but I found this post from 2009.

3.1 years agoAnotherFirefox already made a suggestion about that. Upvote it instead of making a new one.

3.8 years agoNow that's good news
3.9 years ago@Pashog Oh, didn't think about that, that is definitely better.

@MansBestFriend Exactly, it's still in early access for some reason. Stuff takes time to do, it doesn't happen overnight.

@Subnerdica No problem
4.0 years ago@Subnerdica Kinda late, but if you still want it, I changed several ion engines so you have more options, including the blue 1K and red 100K.

4.0 years ago@Subnerdica Yeah, other than that probably just a mod(ded) engine and fuel can do what you want
