if you're trying to symmetrically put pistons inside the cargo bay, tap "break symmetry" so that you can properly connect the pistons to the ramp

part (insert the partID of a solar panel) [Activated] to (true)
if you want to magically add battery to your craft, vizzy can't do that

there is no block that can detect any the craft's inputs, but you can use a block called fUNk, which is beyond my understanding and a fairly new block
